SHIPPING

Order Processing:

  • All orders are currently being processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email & you will receive a notification when your order has shipped

Domestic Shipping:

  • Jewelry is shipped anywhere in the US for a flat rate of $5.50 + $0.50 per additional item in the order

  • Standard domestic shipping typically takes 4-8 business days after your order has been processed

International Shipping:

  • Currently I ship to Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, US Virgin Islands, Ukraine, & United Kingdom. If you want to order from a country not listed here- please contact me so I can give you a price quote.

  • Jewelry ships to the countries above for a flat rate of $20.00 + $1.00 per additional item in the order

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. *Tracking may not be available for all international orders

Shipping Delays:

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, sickness, or carrier delays.

RETURNS & Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for items damaged during shipping.

No returns will be accepted. Please be mindful of size when ordering jewelry like bracelets and necklaces.

Damaged Items:

  • If jewelry arrives damaged, a refund can be issued OR the piece can be remade and reshipped at no additional cost, so long as we still have the stock available to make a duplicate. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your damaged order.

Proof of Damage:

  • To process any claims for damaged items, I require proof of damage. You’ll be asked to provide photo(s) of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

Refunds:

  • If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to the original method of payment.
