SHIPPING
Order Processing:
All orders are currently processed within 1-3 business days (excluding mail holidays)
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped
Domestic Shipping:
Artwork shipped within the United States is calculated based on weight and box size when packaged
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 4-8 business days after your order has been processed
International Shipping:
Due to tariff confusion, at this time I am not offering international shipping options, however - If you want to order from outside the united states- please contact me so I can give you a price quote
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available
Shipping Delays:
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, sickness, or carrier delays.
RETURNS & Refunds
Damaged Items:
If an art print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. A replacement will be sent at no additional cost; proof of damage must be provided.
If an original artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss repair options. If a repair is not possible, a refund will be issued if the damage is noticeable enough that it obscures the work; proof of damage must be provided.
Proof of Damage:
To process any claims for damaged items, I require proof of damage. You’ll be asked to provide photo(s) of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
Refunds:
If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to the original method of payment.
